Steam Sky version 4.0.6 is available

Standard announcement :) This release brings only fixes for bugs to the game. If you find any other bugs, feel free to scream on me - links to where you could scream are available at community page :) Below is list of changes since last stable release:

• Crash on showing battering ram info in Shipyard (issue #47)
• Inventory window doesn't show properly, most of the interface is not drawn,
  flickering on and off (issue #48)
