Development version 11.1 arrived

This is the first development release of the 12.0 series of the game. It brings mostly fixed to bugs, and some code optimizations. Perhaps it brings also new bugs. Binaries are available for Linux and Windows (both 64-bit). Below, you can find major changes since the last major release:

• Possible crash when updating population in bases

• Tab key traversal in the negotiate hire a recruit dialog

• Don't generate shield for enemies if they use two handed weapons

• Hide the dialog with information about a mission in a base with Escape key
