Weekly development report: 2020/09/26
In the stable release no new (or old) bugs appeared. They are probably hide somewhere and wait for better weather :)
In the development version: another week spent with redesigning the crew members management (and info) UI. Giving orders and the detailed crew member info are done, but for now effect isn't too good even for me :) Thus no screens for today, some "small" changes need to be done. Also in this week a few development version exclusive bugs were fixed (mostly related to the game map drawing). Under the hood, slow but steady work on code cleanup continues.
Also, there was some discussion about add development versions of the game to the Itch.io page. To be honest I'm still not sure about this idea: I'm afraid that this can cause some confusion for new players, about which the game version should be downloaded. Also at this moment I think that the current development version isn't too playable, unless someone likes to watching the ugly, jumping UI :) Currently there is on the page information, where development versions can be found thus I think for now it can be enough. But I'm open for the discussion in that matter. Any ideas? :)
