Weekly development report: 2020/02/29

This week changes are made only in the development version. One big and a few small as always:
- Changed (again) how fast enemies are shoot from guns. Most of "AI" use standard rate of fire for guns, only Disarmer, because that type of enemies shoots in selected parts of the player's ship, shoot less than other enemies. This change again made ship to ship combat a bit more dangerous. We will see if enemies stats will not need to some tweaks too.
- Few new type of ammunition and crafting recipes for them arrived in the game.
- As usual: again some small optimizations in UI were made too.
