Development version 8.4 released

This is the fourth development release of the 9.0 version. The main work, visible to the others, was still focused on the game's UI: updated the dialog for giving orders to the player's ship's crew members, more information about missions on their lists (in bases and accepted missions) and new thing: ability to give order Go rest to everyone. It also brings several fixes for bugs. Binaries are available for Linux and Windows (both 64-bit). Below, you can find major changes since the last major release:
