Version 7.0.10 released

This release brings only fixed bugs for stable release. Binaries are available for Linux and Windows (both 64-bit). Below are changes since the last stable release:

• Tab traverse in negotiate hire recruit dialog and school in bases
• Closing the hire and accept mission dialogs with Escape key when another
  element than buttons is selected
• Showing information about the item damage chance in the items' info dialog
