Version 7.0.3 arrived

Another week, another more stable version is ready.  Again, thank you for reporting the  bugs. This release brings only fixed bugs for stable release. Binaries are available for Linux and Windows (both 64-bit). Below are changes since the last stable release:

• Crash on entering the list of available missions in bases, ticket #56ddcf602a
• Crash when the name of saved game file has a non-standard name
