Development version 6.4 is available

This is the fourth development release of the 7.0 version. The main feature of the version is again more updates to the game UI: added option to move around dialogs and sort some lists, plus updated in-game help. Also, it brings fixes for some bugs. Binaries are available for Linux and Windows (both 64-bit). Below, you can find major changes since the last development release:

• Ability to move (drag) dialogs with mouse after clicking on their headers
• Ability to sort saved games, the player's ship's modules, crew, cargo, the crew members inventories, known bases, known events and accepted missions lists
